Small group and public performances encourage students to excel, to play with confidence, and to create a self-affirming experience. Although piano lessons serve to develop student skills, "piano parties" allow students to share those accomplishments with family and friends. Students are expected to play in at least one public performance each year.
A Christmas piano party is typically scheduled in late-November to mid-December. All students are expected to participate in this fun event!
A Spring Piano Party is often available, schedule permitting.
Other opportunities may be made available on occasion throughout the year for students to share their talents with others in the community... For example, at assisted living facilities, holiday events, piano parties, etc. Parents are strongly encouraged to take advantage of at least one of these additional performance opportunities as they become available each year.
Piano parties provide a specific goal timeline for students to work towards.
They enjoy the applause and the feelings of pride in their accomplishment!
Christmas piano parties are a fun way to celebrate the season with family and friends!
Performances are held at various area venues each year.
